I had a thought of running again like waking up early in the morning, get on my Nike running shoes and have a doze of 15-30mins cardio exercise. But I have read an article about the issue of running barefoot and running with shoes on. The article states that barefoot running forces the foot to impact the ground differently according to research and running shoes give the tendency to make runners strike the ground with their heel first, while barefoot running changes the pace to a forefoot strike. |
